This simple treat can be made without nuts, making it a great snack for kid’s lunch boxes if the school has a nut-free policy.

  • Food processor

Method
 

  1. Place Nuts and half of Shredded Coconut in a Food Processor. Process until it has a nut butter consistency.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except Fine Desiccated Coconut, and process until the mixture begins to clump together.
  3. Form into balls and roll in Fine Desiccated Coconut.
  4. Store in the Fridge in an airtight container.
