Hemp Thai Salad

This salad is an easy lunch time meal or dinner side dish. It is quick to prepare and it’s almost entirely raw.

The addition of hulled hemp seeds means that this dish is nut-free and super nutritious. Hemp seeds are a complete protein, containing all 10 essential amino acids, and are also an excellent source of B vitamins, folic acid, Chlorophyll, Vitamin E, and potassium. Hemp is easy to digest and turns any dish into a super food.

Method
 

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a glass jar, shake together, or you can do a quick blitz in your food processor.
  2. Toss gently dressing and salad ingredients, marinate for approx 30 min before serving.
